As a writer and relationship coach, I’m committed to empowering women to take control of their love lives and define their roles in relationships and society. My mission is powered by my own experiences in love, amplified by genuine connections I’ve made while sharing relationship advice for various digital and print publications. These have given me a firsthand look at the highs and lows women face in the dating world.
Through my articles, I’ve covered the significant challenges women face in romance, frequently hearing concerns like, “Where have all the good men gone?” This question speaks to the widespread frustration with modern dating, much of which is filled with disrespect and superficial encounters.
I’ve seen too many women struggle to find their footing, with societal pressures that compromise their well-being and hold them back. My goal is to help women arm themselves with the skills to vet men effectively and break free from restrictive norms.
Having faced my own share of “nice girl” pitfalls, characterized by low standards and weak boundaries, I understand how these societal expectations for women can steer women towards dependency. This realization led to a period of significant personal growth and psychological exploration, which provided me insights that I’m now excited to share with others.
I’ve seen firsthand how some of these narratives can hold us back. They pigeonhole women into passive or submissive roles, while being propped by traditional ideologies, and I think it’s time to flip the script.
My aim is to support you in creating your own narratives and building relationships based on your visions—grounded in genuine respect and value. I’m here to help you move from passive roles to positions of power, so you can step into your relationships with confidence and a solid sense of self.
